The first floor is tiled and equipped with radiant floor heating, while the upper and attic floors feature high-quality vinyl flooring. A highlight of the attic is a small fold-out balcony from which you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the sea.

This half of the house offers approximately 100 m² of living space and is laid out as follows:
