The living area of approximately 106 m² spans three levels and is divided as follows:

First floor: Entrance area, living room with open kitchen, dining area, wood-burning stove, and access to the terrace (west-facing), a shower room/toilet, and an utility room
In addition, the property features another south-facing terrace, where garden furniture and a beach chair are available during the season.
