Enjoy the central yet quiet location not far from the dike, which leads to the South Beach or invites you to take a long walk to the Bad district. The village, with its numerous shopping options and many charming little restaurants, is another major attraction. The living area of approximately 105 m² spans three levels and is divided as follows:

First floor: Entrance area, living room with open kitchen, dining area, fireplace, and access to both terraces, a shower room/toilet, and an utility room
During the season, the terrace features garden furniture and a beach chair.

Upper floor: 2 bedrooms with double beds (each 180 x 200 cm—separate mattresses) and TV, a shower room/toilet, a separate sauna
The bedrooms have blackout curtains on the windows as well as insect screens.

Attic: one bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm)

Outside, there is a lockable garden shed with an electrical outlet for electric bikes and an outdoor shower with hot water.
One parking space is available for your use.

Electric vehicle charging station – A wallbox is available for your use.
