It’s an ideal starting point for hikes and excursions in the beautiful Chiemgau region, and you can even begin your explorations right from the apartment. Upon arrival, you’ll receive the Chiemgau Card, which allows you to enjoy numerous free offers in and around Ruhpolding. Among other things, you’ll have access to mountain railways, ski lifts, and water parks, as well as various museums and guided hikes. You’ll also have access to free bike rentals and public transportation, such as regional buses and the Bayerische Regiobahn train between Ruhpolding and Traunstein. The living area in the attic, with its integrated kitchen, creates an open, airy feel that makes you feel right at home. In addition to the coffee maker, a Nespresso machine is also available for your use. To unwind in the evening after eventful excursions, make yourself comfortable on the cozy (sleeper) sofa and enjoy the large flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The high-quality sleeper sofa with a mattress and slatted frame (140 x 200 cm) makes it possible to vacation here as a group of three or with children. From the large balcony, you can enjoy a wonderful unobstructed view of the surrounding meadows. Thanks to its north/west-facing location, it stays pleasantly cool here even in the summer. A combination of underfloor heating and a decentralized ventilation system ensures a comfortable indoor climate.
