The “Meerzeit” vacation apartment is located just about 150 meters from the Baltic Sea beach.

With its 45 square meters and sunny balcony, it is ideally suited for 2 people.

The vacation apartment was recently renovated and lovingly refurnished.
In the living room, which opens onto the balcony, you’ll find a high-quality sleeper sofa (160x200) with a footrest, a cozy dining area, and a TV stand with a flat-screen TV. A Bluetooth radio, books, and games for additional entertainment are also provided.

The separate bedroom features a new, high-quality box-spring bed, which will already be made up with a fresh protective cover and a sheet upon your arrival. Matching nightstands with reading lamps, a spacious wardrobe, and a second TV complete this room.

The new kitchen is equipped with “everything” you need for a pleasant Baltic Sea vacation.

The new bathroom is equipped with a toilet and shower.

In the entryway, you’ll find space for your shoes and jackets at the coat rack.

All rooms are flooded with natural light and equipped with pleated blinds. Additional exterior roller shutters can darken all rooms as needed.
Right in front of the house is the designated parking spot assigned to the apartment.

A special highlight is an additional beach chair by the sea, which is available to you throughout your entire stay.

The following rules apply to bookings for this property:

Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival.
For cancellations made between 59 and 40 days before arrival, 40% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged. 
For cancellations made between 39 and 28 days before arrival, 60% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made 27 days or more before arrival, 90% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
