Enjoy your vacation on Rügen in this beautiful beachfront villa located right on the promenade in the sophisticated Baltic Sea resort of Binz. Villa Gudrun, with its 9 units, is just 10 meters from the stunning Baltic Sea beach and only a few minutes’ walk from the Binz pier.
Your vacation home is centrally located, just a few minutes’ walk from shopping, stores, and restaurants.
The stylish restaurant Der Weltenbummler is located in the side courtyard of Villa Gudrun.
Apartment 553, located on the mezzanine level and accessible by elevator (there are a few steps to climb), is ideal for families with children, as there is hardly any car traffic in the area and the beach promenade is car-free.
The apartment features an open-concept living/dining area with an integrated kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.
From the large windows in the living room, guests can enjoy a stunning panoramic ocean view.



If you’re arriving by car, a private parking space is available in the building’s underground garage for a fee of 5 euros per day. The parking space is suitable for cars with the following maximum dimensions: H=2.10m / W=2.25m / L=5.00m / max. wheelbase=2.90m / weight=up to 2000kg / max. wheel load=500kg in a sliding parking space. Parking is not guaranteed.



There is a lockable bicycle storage area in the underground parking garage.



For stays from May 1 through September 30 of each year, a beach chair can be rented at the time of booking for a fee of 3.00 euros per day for the entire stay. Unfortunately, requests made at a later date cannot be accommodated.
The beach chair is located on the section of the beach in front of Villa Gudrun.



We ask that you refrain from smoking in the apartment. 



Apartment with 2 bedrooms and a sleeper sofa—extra bed for 5th/6th guest:

The comfortable and stylish Apartment 553, located on the mezzanine level, features a large living/dining room with a leather sofa set. It can be converted into a comfortable bed for a 5th or 6th guest (sleeping area 1.40 m x 2.00 m) for a fee. There is a 55-inch Smart TV, a radio with CD, USB, and Bluetooth, and a DVD/Blu-ray player. Wi-Fi is included.
The dining area is generously sized and offers a sea view!
From the large panoramic windows in the living room, you can enjoy a stunning sea view.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with, for example, a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.
There is one large bedroom with a large double bed (2.00 m x 2.00 m) and access to Bathroom 1, as well as another with two single beds (each 0.80 m x 2.00 m), which can be pushed together to form a double bed. Outlets are available near the beds. Pleated blinds and blackout curtains are also provided in both bedrooms. A TV is available in the large bedroom.
Bathroom 1 (accessible from the large bedroom) features a tub, toilet, and bidet; Bathroom 2 features a shower, toilet, and bidet.

Radio alarm clocks are available in the bathrooms and bedrooms.



A high chair and a travel crib (without linens or mattress) are available upon request and for a one-time fee of 18 euros each for the entire stay in the apartment.

If you prefer to sleep on the couch in the living area instead of using the double beds in the bedrooms, a linen surcharge of 6 euros will be applied.
