With approximately 88 m², this spacious upper-floor apartment offers plenty of room for up to 4 people and is the perfect retreat for your Baltic Sea vacation. This bright, welcoming, non-smoking apartment on the first floor charms guests with its character, spacious layout, and a beautiful view.<br>From the balcony, you can enjoy a partial view of the Baltic Sea and breathe in the fresh sea breeze. The east-facing balcony is also ideal for relaxing in the morning as the first rays of sun appear.<br><br>The modern, fully equipped kitchen has everything you need and features an induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. It is located in a separate area along with the dining room, away from the living room, which creates a quiet and relaxed atmosphere.<br><br>Two cozy, spacious bedrooms—which were completely renovated in 2025—ensure restful nights. Both bedrooms offer plenty of space and are equipped with a closet and comfortable double beds. The first bedroom has two mattresses (each 0.90 x 2.00 m), while the second has one large mattress (1.80 x 2.00 m). Both bedrooms have a TV for added comfort.<br><br>A particular highlight is that this apartment has two bathrooms. The bathroom with a window features both a bathtub and a shower—ideal for relaxing moments. The second, interior bathroom is also equipped with a shower, so you always have the option to freshen up.<br><br>The excellent location rounds out the amenities: In just a 3-minute walk, you can reach the beautiful sandy beach of the Baltic Sea resort of Kellenhusen. To make your trip easier, you can book a laundry package for your stay for a fee. A washer and dryer are also available in the building—also for a fee.<br><br>Please note that pets are not allowed in this vacation rental.<br><br>Important information about the nearby construction site: <br>Starting in October 2024 (tentatively), demolition work will take place in the immediate vicinity, during which several buildings will be replaced by new structures. This may result in noise disturbances. However, the municipality of Kellenhusen has a noise control ordinance in effect that prohibits noisy work from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.<br><br>We want our guests to feel completely at home.
