Modern 2-BR condo with AC in charming Newport

Our condo is just steps from the best of everything in downtown Newport - restaurants, bars, cafes, and the historic waterfront - while offering a restful break after a busy day.

We’ve designed our condo to offer what we love: easy, comfortable, and enjoyable living. You’ll love postcard-worthy sunsets from the upstairs patio, the spacious living room and kitchen, full bathrooms on both floors, and comfortable bedrooms separated by a half-floor.

Our condo association experienced a fire and unfortunately many of our neighbors’ units were damaged. We are so lucky our unit was spared, but there will be construction occurring on other units during your stay, including the unit directly next to ours. We are committed to sharing as much information as possible ahead of your stay.

This is a multi-story condo. The main living, dining, and kitchen areas, and one full bath are located on the first floor. On the second floor there is a queen bedroom and a 2nd full bathroom. Up a half-set of stairs is the primary bedroom with a king bed and access to the patio.
