Our modern, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated vacation home is located on the outskirts of the health resort town of Freyung—at the gateway to the Bavarian Forest National Park—with views of the Bavarian Forest peaks Lusen and Rachel—in the tri-border region with the Czech Republic and Austria. The vacation home is in a quiet yet central location. From here, you can set out directly on many hikes and other activities. Shopping and a bus stop are within walking distance. Dog owners can enjoy nature right from the front door, taking their four-legged friends on long walks through meadows, forests, and fields. Numerous, well-marked hiking trails begin right outside the front door. Our vacation home with a garden is for exclusive use and features 180 square meters of living space with a large, fully fenced-in garden (suitable even for large dogs) with an additional kennel connected to the house via a dog door. 3 bedrooms with double beds on the upper floor. 1 spacious bathroom with a sink, tub, shower, and toilet upstairs; separate toilet on the first floor; entryway with coat closet; laundry and drying room; spacious living room with kitchen and dining area on the first floor; wellness room with infrared cabin, 2 loungers Large sun terrace with a parasol Large shaded terrace Small swimming pool with a sunbathing platform Fire pit (wood provided free of charge) Garden grill (charcoal provided) Children’s swing set with slide Carport with lockable ski storage Parking space for additional vehicles The deposit is 20% of the total accommodation cost. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 1:00 AM. Check-out is available between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are provided via a key safe. You will receive the code in advance of your arrival. Tourist tax: EUR 3.00 per person/night; children under 5 years old are free; children ages 6 to 16: EUR 1.50. Pets are allowed for a fee of EUR 5.00 per pet/night. A crib can be provided free of charge upon request.
