Welcome to our spacious and light-filled vacation apartment. Your hosts are Angela Dopfer-Werner and her brother Georg Werner, along with a friendly dog named Cici.
The apartment (approx. 120 square meters) is located on the second floor of a two-family house with a garden in Peiting—in a central yet quiet location—and can accommodate six people (up to nine upon request). Our house is about 200 years old; old wooden beams and thick walls bear witness to the ancient granary in the attic. Freshly renovated and tastefully furnished, everyone will find a place here to unwind and relax. Our vacation rental is ideal for families or a group of friends!

All shopping options are within walking distance, from traditional bakeries to organic markets, butcher shops, and supermarkets. The train station, with hourly connections to Munich and Augsburg, is 5 minutes away, and the outdoor wave pool is about 10 minutes away. And best of all: on foot or by bike, you’ll be out in our beautiful natural surroundings in no time—whether on the banks of the Ammer or Lech rivers or on our Schloßberg with its wonderful view of the Alps.

Balcony with two chairs and a table, non-smoking, Internet/Wi-Fi, central location

Living/sleeping area:
TV, CD player, radio, CDs, DVDs, and games—many of them new!—as well as good books, a reading chair, a large (sleeper) couch (sleeps 1–2 people), cozy nook (additional sleeping space), a French bed for 1–2 people in an alcove (1.40 m, also great for relaxing during the day), large dining table with bench and chairs, and a hammock!

Bathroom:
Bathtub with shower, toilet, double sink, washing machine, hair dryer

Kitchen:
Oven, 4-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, sink, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, dishes and cooking utensils (plentiful)

Upper Juchhe:
Ladder, two new futons, lamp, safety net—sleep just like in a tent! (only for children over six or athletic adults)

Bedroom:
Double bed 180/200, nightstands, built-in closet, theater chair
