"Karo" is situated on a lovingly landscaped property featuring flowering shrubs, flower beds, and a colorful terrace garden. We’ve set up a sandbox and a slide for small children.

The “big kids” can use the soccer field.
Adjacent to the vacation home, facing southwest, is the terrace, which is shielded from view by a storage shed for garden furniture and bicycles.
A private barbecue area rounds out the property.

The spacious living room invites you to relax with its lightweight seating, a recliner by the patio door, and a large flat-screen TV (Philips). In the evening, an electric fireplace creates a special atmosphere. Adjacent to the living area are the dining area for 6 people and the fully equipped built-in kitchen. There are 12 sets of dishes, glasses, and silverware.

On the first floor, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2 m), as well as the bathroom with a shower/toilet, heated towel rack, and washing machine. Upstairs, the “Lake View Bedroom” awaits you with a comfortable 2x2 m double bed. Across from the second bathroom, equipped with a shower and toilet, you’ll find an infrared sauna. The “children’s room” has two single beds, and in the play area, your children will find books, Legos, and games.

Surroundings:
The Salzhaff, a Baltic Sea bay with a natural beach and shallow water, is about 1.5 km away.
Boiensdorf is located just 16 km from the Hanseatic city of Wismar, an UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here you’ll also find the Wonnemar water park, a beautiful zoo, and the Mumpitz indoor playground. Not far away in Klütz, a butterfly park has opened.

Bad Doberan is just 30 km from Boiensdorf.
The cathedral, dating back to the time of the Cistercian monks, and the partially restored monastery complex are well worth seeing. Be sure to plan a ride on the “Molli” narrow-gauge train, which chugs through downtown Bad Doberan and continues on to Kühlungsborn. A trip to Rostock, Stralund, or Lübeck is also well worth it.

Beautiful beaches await you in Rerik or on the island of Poel. Boat tours on the Salzhaff, smoked fish dinners on a fishing boat, bread from a clay oven...
