THE KITCHEN & DINING AREA
All the appliances you’d expect to find in a modern kitchen are here – including a coffee machine. Explore the cabinets and drawers to find essentials like coffee, cooking oil, sugar and salt.
Dining tables and chairs both inside and outside for at least 16 people. The house give you places to sit and enjoy your culinary creations.
THE LIVING AREA
The rooms are air-conditioned, and feature 80" inches flat screen smart TVs you can watch from super snug couches. The TVs are hooked up to cable, with over 100 free local channels, plus Smart Roku for Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. So, no one should be saying there’s nothing to watch. There is even a game console.

The bedrooms are furnished with 1 king bed, 3 Queen beds, 1 Baby Crib and ample pillows to ensure a restful night's sleep.

• Can I check in early or check out late? We offer 1 PM early check-in or 1 PM late check-out for a small fee as we need to hire extra cleaners to expedite. This request is subject to availability and not automatically confirmed. Please confirm with us first
• Is my booking date available? If the listing is visible, your date is open. We have a 0% cancellation rate and promise a 100% refund if we ever cancel your reservation.
• Are pets allowed? Yes, pets are welcome! Please add them to your reservation and clean up after your pets during your stay. Let us know if you have any special requests
• How far is the home from specific locations? Use G00gle Maps with "S Sunshine Ave, El Cajon, CA 92020" for accurate distances.
• What’s the check-in process? Self-check-in via lockbox or keypad. Instructions will be sent on your check-in day once we finish screening your group
• If there’s gas grill and the propane tank happens to be low, we will reimburse guests for refilling the tank. Due to strict CA law, gas can not be easily delivered.
• Is night-time or same-day check-in allowed? Yes. Even when you book at 10 PM, we will send you check-in instructions right after we finish screening your group
• Can I have guests come over? Yes, please update your guest count and keep activities low noise. Message us if the guest count is over the platform limit. We can still allow extra guests for a small fee. Each visitor (a non-overnight guest) is counted as half a guest.
• How’s the home cleaned? Cleaned with normal home cleaning products. If there’s any minor cleaning mishap, you agree to give us a reasonable time to solve the issue.
• Is smoking allowed? No smoking inside, only OUTSIDE the home and further away from the neighbors — please close all doors/windows and collect smoking residues/cigarette butts to prevent the smell from getting into the home
• Security devices? One security camera: Front door only. Record the activities of the pathway from the driveway to the front door 24/7 to protect the guests and the home
One noise decibel monitor: Outside the house. The Minute device only measures the noise level 24/7 to prevent prolonged noise. It doesn't record any audio.
• If I book the entire home for 1 person, can I bring as many people as I want?
No. You must book with the correct guest count, including visitors counted as half a guest each, to ensure everyone is authorized.
• Please add the correct guest count in your reservation, including the visitors (counted as half guests), and pets. The price will depend on your group’s size
• Guest needs to present their ID as a part of the check-in process
Key-related issues: • If you think you may forget/lose the key or lock yourself out of the home, we strongly advise you to place the key back into the lockbox when you go outside.
A minimum fee of $100 may be applied to key-related issues such as forgetting to return keys after checkout, lost keys, locking yourself out and requiring us to travel to bring spare keys, or key replacements, etc.
Pet Reminder: If your dogs bark or potentially make loud noise when they are alone at the house, please bring them with you or place them somewhere quiet to avoid neighbor complaints
