A sólo 150 m del apartamento están el Palacio del Festival, la playa, puerto deportivo y la plaza del mercado con sus cafés y restaurantes, con su valioso acabado del 2019. Por su situación central en el exclusivo barrio “Banane”, es perfecto para pasar tanto vacaciones como viajes de negocios. Hasta el bus del aeropuerto y la estación sólo hay 5 minutos a pie. En unos escasos 60 m2 de moderno apartamento amueblado se dividen 2 dormitorios, 2 cuartos de baño, un salón con balcón al oeste y AC, así como una cocina americana con lavavajillas, lavadora, etc. El apartamento está pensado para 5 huéspedes. Lo especial: el neoyorquino “estudio de diseño espacial” y tiene el segundo dormitorio concebido a en un nivel más elevado. Es especialmente acogedor y se llega a él por una escalera iluminada con 6 escalones. El equipamiento técnico es el mejor: acceso a internet de alta velocidad, 106 cm de pantalla plana, DVD, más de 1000 canales internacionales y una estación i-Pod-Docking.

God beliggenhed helt centralt i byen, med det støj som trafik nu engang giver. Køkkenet er småt men veludstyret, - og alt virkede efter hensigten. Soveværelset var udstyret med gode senge, og et fint lille arbejdsbord, tilhørende bad toilet havde et velfungerende toilet, men badefaciliteterne var absolut et minus, bruseforhæng klistrer sig til kroppen, når der åbnes for vandet. Det ekstra soveværelse er en udvidet hems, - som vil egne sig bedst til personer lavere end 1,5 m, loftbjælkerne giver buler. Bad og toilet til dette rum var helt velfungerende. Kommunikation med udlejer var yderst effektiv og fleksibel. Flink og yderst imødekommende administrator.

Zentralgelegene moderne Ferienwohnung in Cannes

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet und für uns ideal gelegen. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Spaziergänge an der Strandpromenade waren schön und unterhaltsam. Ein Abstecher nach Monte Carlo und Nizza war mit dem Zug für unsere Familie ein eindrücklicher Ausflug. Vence bezauberte uns mit seinem südfranzösichem Charme. Bei Problemen mit der Wohnungseinrichtung (Istallationen) war der Besitzer sofort erreichbar und in Kürze zu Stelle um diese zu beheben. Die Ferienwohnung empfehlen wir gerne weiter.

Toll gelegen in der Nähe der Croisette !

Die Wohnung ist sehr funktional und gut ausgestattet. Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Restaurants, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar in weniger als 2 Minuten. Claus und Frederic sind sehr hilfsbereit und waren eine große Hilfe bei unserer späten Ankunft (Wir hatten unseren Flug verpasst). Ein guter ort, um in Cannes zu bleiben, emfehle ich !

Impressive apartment in the perfect location.

Festival Apartment was a great place to stay. It was perfectly situated, as advertised, clean and well-maintained. The property manager made everything easy, from booking to arrival to departure. Outstanding apartment

This apartment is in a great location and is very affordable, featuring 2 bedrooms, a living space, and a small but fully equipped kitchen. We were very comfortable for our week in Cannes. The owner is extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. He guided us to a very reasonably-priced parking garage close by where we arranged to keep our rental car for the week (no parking on the narrow, one-way street the apartment is on). We were able to walk all over town from the apartment and were able to quickly get the car for longer rides to Nice and Monaco. Americans will find the showers tiny but we had no trouble getting showers as needed. We searched for hotels in the area prior to our visit but nothing can come close to the cost, convenience, space, and amenities of this apartment. We've rented apartments and condos through homeaway.com in Vermont, Montana, Bulgaria, and now Cannes. We recommend this apartment -- and this owner -- very highly.

Prima Ferienwohnung, Ausstattung und Lage sehr gut

Wir waren Anfang Juli 2010 mit 5 Personen zwei Wochen in dieser Wohnung. Die Ausstattung mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern, Klimaanlage, 42" Fernseher, Geschirrspülmaschine, Internetanschluss .... ist wirklich prima. Bis zum Hafen oder zum Strand in Cannes ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Der Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke und ein paar Meter weiter konnten wir unser Auto auch gut parken. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Eine Traumwoche in Cannes

Unser Aufenthalt in Cannes in dieser grandiosen Wohnung gehört ohne Übertreibung zu unseren schönsten Ferienerlebnissen. Die Wohnung ist tatsächlich ruhig, obwohl sie sehr zentral gelegen ist. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll, absolut sauber und alle Einrichtungen wie Küche, Bad und Wohnraum sind auf einem hohen Level - es fehlt einem wirklich an nichts. Wer also so richtig abschalten und aber gleichwohl das attraktive Leben von Cannes geniessen möchte, ist in dieser Wohnung bestens aufgehoben. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wieder mal zurückkehren. Unsere Freunde haben wir auch schon motiviert, in dieser tollen Wohnung Ferien zu verbringen. Die Betreuung vor Ort entsprach ebenfalls voll und ganz unseren Idealvorstellungen. Hello everybody. This year was our first time in this appartement but second time we cooperated with the owner. Both times we got a fast reply, fair prices and all the information we needed for the arrival. This appartement is very nice. With great interior, clean and new. Very important to mention the service in Cannes itself. We would do it again.

Great place right in the heart of the city!

Hi to everybody, I have been in this appartment several times and its always a pleasure to be here, since you have got everything you need, also when you are here in a group. In particular the fact, that you have two bathrooms is very convenient. And its right in the heart of the city. If you fall out of the door, you stand right in front of the Palais de Festival. Das Apartment ist so zentral gelegen, dass man das Gefühl hat, Einheimischer zu sein. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist das Apartment ruhig. Es ist sauber und gemütlich, man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. So lässt sich der Urlaub noch entspannter verbringen! Cannes ist eine traumhafte Stadt und es ist nicht einfach, eine gute und günstige Unterkunft zu finden. Aber diesmal hatte ich das Glück, eine solche zu finden... Sehr empfehlenswert!

I can only recommend this apartment

We were particularly pleased with the location. The apartment is located right in the shopping area (there is a great French bakery downstairs for breakfast) and within walking distance to the beach, the Palais des Festivals, the old town, the long-distance train station and the central bus station. The apartment is very comfortable and cleverly arranged. A built-in cube separates it into two levels, so that there is ample space even with five persons (there were four of us); at the same time, it would not be too spacious for only one or two persons. Nothing is missing from a modern furnishing: The are two high-quality bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, ample cabinet space, modern seating accomodation and (should you find the time in beautiful Cannes) a TV set with what seem to be all channels on this globe. A fixed-line telephone is also provided. I can only recommend this apartment and will surely be back (as will my travelling companions).

wish i was still there...

We stayed at this small, but very well layoutet apartment in the center of Cannes for 5 days, and it felt like home instantly. The staircases was (even for an elevator spoilt person like me) easily do-able, since it's very low steps. The gallery-style 2nd bedroom upstairs is really nice and we felt like having our own little secret hide-away up there. The red modern cube in a turn-of-the-century house is a good design idea and we felt like copying it - if we had high ceilings like that. The location is very central, and sunny - although we thought it was quite a lot of noise on the street, but then lived to enjoy it because it was adding to the french flair. We did forget about the little step in the living room every once in a while - but that could also be due to the excellent rose wine of the Provence... We will be back!

Schlafen, kochen, duschen im roten Kubus

Die Wohnung hat das gehalten, was die Internetbilder versprochen haben und hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem die Nähe zur Croisette, den Geschäften und zum Bahnhof ist ideal - auch für eine Familie wie unsere, die eigentlich nur aus einem wirklichen Stadtmenschen besteht - meinem Mann, seit Jahren begeisterter Besucher des Marché de Forville, der nur einen Katzensprung entfernt ist! Die Idee mit dem roten Kubus mitten in dieser Altbauwohnung ist super - der Fernseher hat uns nach anfänglichen Bedienungsschwierigkeiten selten gedient, da wir viel auswärts unterwegs waren, aber toll war er trotzdem. Ich hoffe, dass weiterhin viele Freude haben an diesem "Pied à terre" in Cannes. Den Kopf habe ich mir zwar ein paar Mal beim Gemüsewaschen über der Spüle angeschlagen, das Brett unter der Geschirrspülmaschine löste sich unverhofft, und die Nachbarn im oberen Stock schienen am abendlichen Stuhlgerücke auch mal ihre Freude zu haben. Aber wen das alles stört, der ist selber schuld...
