Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities. Guest Count: Ensure that the number of guests is correctly indicated in your booking. Check in is at 4pm and checkout is 11am. Unfortunately we can not accommodate early checkins or late checkouts. Abide by the checkout instructions. All trash will need to go to the bins by the time you checkout. Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator. No commercial photography and filming allowed.

The location is great! Close to restaurants and stores for groceries. The place was very clean. Was worried about street noise but had a sound machine in master bedroom!! You thought of everything to soap, shampoo, to dishwasher pods! Just bring your toothbrush. Easy entrance and great communication with management. Really enjoyed back patio too. Would stay again.

Overall was good. No free parking was a problem for us we didn’t realize when we booked. The central air wasn’t very strong and the master bedroom was warm and upstairs one of the bedrooms was very hot despite a window unit. Location was great. Host was very responsive and provided great recommendations. The space was really cute. Living room was cramped but we didn’t spend much time there. The kids said the beds upstairs were not comfortable but we found the master very comfy. Overall for the price I think it was a good deal and we had a great experience with the renters. They were very responsive and helpful!!! If you’re looking for a spot close to everything on king street and don’t need parking this is a great low budget option!!!

Amazing stay! Was the perfect place for me, my husband and teen son. Plenty of space and adorably decorated, it was pristine and has all the things that make a stay easy and pleasant- modern bathrooms, a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. Walking distance to King Street but quiet and near many coffee shops and breakfast spots. Highly recommend!
