Located in the HILLTOP area of the Hollows, you are centrally located between the HILLTOP Smokehouse, and the Beach Club area, and you are still very close to where you can get on the hiking/biking/walking trails that wind for miles throughout the Hollows community. Big group? Another Villa is available two doors down.

Fun Spring Break!

Thank you for a wonderful stay over Spring Break! My family had such a blast at the fun pools, hiking trails, sports courts, and bunk room in our condo! It was beautiful, clean, and family friendly! Loved it! Would recommend staying at this place to friends and family!

The view was incredible. The area was quiet and relaxing. The garage was a great touch. There were several problems, when we turned on the hot water in the kitchen it ran black. The trim around the doors need to be refinished big time. The bath mats needed to be cleaned. We had to hunt for towels. They were none put out. Bill Wallace was great.

Really nice condo, super clean and exceeded our expectations. Parking was very limited, and that was a challenge. But not a big deal. We’ll be back next year!

Relaxing and Tranquil

Bill’s place was a wonderful retreat! The balcony with that amazing view of the lake is just beautiful and so relaxing and so worth it. Place was very clean. Rooms were large with plenty of space for all of us. Will stay again for sure!

The Hollows

Great property! Easy check-in, great balcony for lounging with a view and a full-size patio dining set for outdoor meals. All within minutes from Lake Travis.

Lake Trip

The house was very clean and organized. Very pretty location with great view. The only thing we didn’t like was there was never any parking close by. We only had one car and found it very difficult to find parking even in overflow lot.

Amazing villa but issues with pool area

We loved the villa, its amazing views and the property manager, Bill. The main issue was the HOA person in charge, Warren Wright. We were sent a pool sign up sheet about 9 days beforehand. I new my crew wanted to hang at the pool all day on Saturday, 6/27. I signed up and thought we were good. We even walked down to the pool area the day before and a sweet girl signed us up for later that day. But when we came back...Warren Wright ruined our day and vacation. He was gruff and fairly rude. He said that we can only spend 2 hours each day at the pool. That's totally unacceptable. I understand only allowing 40 people into the pool, having to wear a mask and get our temps taken at check in. However, only being allowed 2 hours at the small pool didn't work for us. And parts of the pool area were under maintenance. We picked this resort because of the pool and I would have canceled or rescheduled our trip if I knew what we'd have to endure with Warren Wright. Extremely disappointed. Half of us left 2 days early and other half left 1 day early.

GREAT Lake Travis Getaway!

We had some friends visiting from Trinidad and wanted them to see a part of Texas that often isn't in the movies. lol The place is great. The view is spectacular. The resort has everything you need. We WILL be back!!

It was nice

It was clean and well decorated. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking (it would have been nice to have had a roll of foil and some plastic wrap). Some of the towels were a little dingy, but there were plenty of them, so we used the ones that looked better. One of the beds had some dingy, stained sheets that could be replaced. It was a very nice unit with a very nice view. Kind of far to get anywhere. It is 9 minutes from the entrance, so a trip to the store is not fast. Great balcony with a lovely view of the lake! Worth it, overall.

Beautiful View would stay here again!!

We had a great experience!! Beautiful views of the Lake and shaded walking trails where deer are everywhere! Condo is as pictured and kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Pool and marina are a mile away but easy to get to! Poolside drink and food service was delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

The home was good size. Provided all essentials needed to eat in everyday. Beautiful view from the balcony. Able to keep boat in a slip so it was awesome for a morning trip and afternoon trip without having to trailer the boat and able to take lunch brake. Perfect for a all boating weekend with family. Only downside was the ac never kept too cold. At night we had to shut doors to rooms to stay cooler. But in the living at night where kids slept was still warm.

Nice if you're staying in that area.

If you're staying in that area, it's a nice space for a family. Great view from deck, & pool area is nice. Unfortunately, we spent most of the time driving to other areas, so this turned out to be not as convenient a location as I had hoped. Place was clean, however there weren't enough sheets, towels, or pillows. The blinds on the door leading to back deck are broken. Parking is very limited.

Great location and great view!

This is our first time to the area, and there were a lot of places to choose from. But we are so glad that we stayed here. The view was great! The condo was just the right size for us with 6 people. Bill and Vanessa were responsive to my questions as well. We will definitely come back and stay there again.

Very nice property. Great view and very clean and quite.

This was a very nice place. Super clean and loved that there was soap, shampoo, coffee and dishwasher pods there so that we didn’t have to buy. It would have been nice to have a few laundry pods to use also. The pool area was great and not too crowded. We ran out of time to go to the marina and lake but would like to come back again to explore.
