Come visit our beautiful and serene waterfront retreat located on the North Shore of Lake Travis and relax! This home is situated on a no wake cove overlooking Pace Bend State Park and the Balcones National Wildlife Refuge with convenient swimming and private boating access from the on-site boat dock! This home is fully equipped for you and your families enjoyment. The Primary Bedroom has a King Bed, 2nd Bedroom suited with a Queen Bed & Crib, 3rd Bedroom also suited with a Queen Bed! You will find many ways this property will entertain you indoors and outdoors! Many daytime activities including fishing, floating, bird and deer watching. In the evening watch the sunset reflecting off the white limestone cliffs and later be in awe of the moon shining off the water.

House was great! Clean and ready for use. The views are amazing and location is awesome!

House was exactly what we were looking for on our relaxing weekend away from home. Boat dock was great and house had amazing views!

Great property

Great property. Stairs are steep to the lake so be aware if anyone is afraid of heights or can’t handle multiple narrow stairs. The roads to Travis Peak are Steep and winding. If you aren’t used to driving on those roads, be warned. Otherwise it was great.

Nice location Needs update

Pros: The house fit our 8 people comfortably. The large kitchen table was perfect for eating and games. The couch (although not that comfortable) fit most of us to watch TV or visit in the evening very well. We all felt that we had enough room in the house and the kitchen was big enough for everyone to join in and cook. The house is in a private cove and was perfect for swimming and floating off the dock! The AC worked well even for a Texas summer. Cons: house is not that clean (spiderwebs and dust) and is need of a lot of update. Pretty much untouched since late 80s. The master shower leaks around the door and it would be great to have another bed in the empty room upstairs instead of a futon off the small room at the front door. The boat dock flooring is old and parts of it have lifted up creating some danger. The railing off the upstairs balcony (empty "Bar" room) is loose and feels like it might give way. But otherwise we enjoyed our stay and loved floating in the quite cove.

Perfect cove getaway!

Loved this property for the space, views, size of group, comfort, amenities! Had everything we needed. The cove is quiet and perfect for paddle boarding, floating and just swimming in the water. Check in was easy and property manager was super responsive. Loved the games available, too! Only minor points: dining table benches are not that sturdy, would be okay for multiple young children but no more than two adults. In addition, there are poisonous coral snakes in the area and we saw 2 in the backyard 😱

Excellent getaway

My wife and I were looking for a relaxing family getaway with our 9 month old daughter. The property was great, and the management company was very responsive. The house was in a quiet location with fantastic views. The patio had a gate blocking the stairs leading down to the yard, which was great for our crawling baby to play out there. There was a winery about a mile away that was very nice and had good food. We have recommended this location to other family members and would definitely come back.

Beautiful home situated about a mule away from a winery . Great communication with the property manager , he was quick to help with any questions we may of had and very helpful. We saw many deer directly across the street from our house . We had access to the lake with steps directly into dock. Perfect location . We utilized the houses amenities and floated in the water with rafts and took out the petal boat which was quite fun. Even caught a few fish . Plenty of room in the house to enjoy with another couple or your children . Would definitely go again .

Simmer lake vacation

The place is amazing . Just one comment it would be nice if you could have a ladder to access the upper deck in the water dock and also and very importar the refrigerator doesn’t work too well and part of out food was ruined and we have to buy more again. Needs to be fixed !

Lake Travis Family Getaway

My family and I absolutely LOVED this property. The house is very accurate to the description. It was very clean, had a lot of comfortable space for a big family, and had everything you can think of for a fun lake vacation. The kitchen has plenty of cooking utensils and kitchen ware. The views from all around the house are amazing! This beautiful home is very conveniently located right on the lake. The kids loved the rope swing, paddle boat, and fishing from the boat house. If you have your own boat you can bring it. We rented a pontoon boat while there and had a blast spending the day on the lake. Definitely a fun filled weekend making wonderful memories with family in a lovely place!!! Highly recommended.
