The property includes access to the front porch and fenced front yard and back yard, providing a cozy outdoor space to relax and enjoy the neighborhood. Inside, guests can use all main living areas of the house during their stay, other than the basement.

UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: There will be a $90/ guest/night for any unauthorized guest up to the listing limit (8 guests total). Any guest over that will be charged $90/guest/night.

LATE CHECKOUT: For any unauthorized late checkout, there will be a fee of $1 per minute applied to your account to cover the delay of our cleaners.
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

2. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

3. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
