We warmly welcome you to our vacation complex on Usedom in the Baltic Sea resort of Koserow! You’ll find rest and relaxation in our lovingly and modernly furnished vacation apartments. The Baltic Sea resort of Koserow offers many activities, all of which are within walking distance. The beach and the famous historic Koserow salt huts, dating from the 19th century, are just 500 meters away. Experience Usedom in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Koserow.

This lovingly furnished vacation apartment is located in the charming Baltic Sea resort of Koserow, right next to the beach and the forest.
The beach is only about 500 meters away on foot, and the impressive pier and historic salt huts are about 700 meters away. At the foot of the Streckelsberg, you can experience fantastic sunrises over the sea in just a 5-minute walk.
Koserow boasts a well-developed infrastructure, including
shopping options, a playground, restaurants, a bank, a doctor’s office, a pharmacy, various recreational activities, and a train station—all within easy walking distance. A playground is located right around the corner.

The approximately 45 m² vacation apartment is located on the upper floor of a small, well-maintained complex consisting of two buildings with a total of 10 apartments and comfortably accommodates two adults and one child up to 12 years of age.
Due to a change in ownership effective January 2026, we have redesigned the listing for you. The amenities offered remain unchanged.

The apartment features
- 1 living room with a sleeper sofa (sleeping surface 1.37 m), a cozy sitting/TV area, a dining area including a high chair, and an open, well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator featuring a freezer compartment, 2-burner ceramic cooktop, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, assorted dishes, silverware, cooking and kitchen utensils
- 1 bedroom with closet, double bed (sleeping area 1.60 m), and a relaxation/reading corner
- 1 spacious bathroom with natural light, shower, toilet, and hair dryer
- 1 sunny, southwest-facing balcony with furniture and sunshade
- 1 parking space directly at the house
- 1 bike shed with 2 rental bikes (free use at your own risk) *

Vacation with a Dog
Your well-behaved four-legged companion, with valid dog liability insurance and up to a height of approximately 30 cm, is most welcome here (maximum 1 dog). We charge a fee of €10.00 per night for your dog’s stay, as well as a one-time fee of €20.00 for final cleaning after your pet’s stay. To ensure that all guests feel comfortable, we ask that you keep your dog on a leash while on the property.
As a dog owner, you are responsible for any damage your dog may cause in the apartment.

OTHER INFORMATION:
- Non-smoking apartment.
- Accommodations are available for 2 adults and 1 child up to 12 years old.
- Simply bring your own bed linens and towels, or conveniently rent them on-site (bed linens: 16.– € per person / towels: 13.– € per person).
- For our younger guests, we provide, among other things, a high chair (free of charge, used at your own risk). You’ll need to bring your own travel crib.
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Keys are handed over at the reception desk—Oberförsterweg 12, Zempin.
- Services to be paid for on site must be settled upon arrival/key pickup. (PLEASE NOTE: Only cash payments are accepted on-site; NO card payments are possible!)
- A €50 security deposit, as well as the standard local tourist tax and final cleaning fee, are to be paid on-site.
The final cleaning fee and booking fee are automatically calculated and included in the total price shown.
