Here, you’ll find a renovated 60 m² vacation apartment on the 1st floor with two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, Wi-Fi, an open kitchen, and a living/dining room with access to the balcony—accommodating up to 5 people, including a baby.

The vacation rental is located on a cul-de-sac—about a 5-minute walk from the beach. You can easily leave your car behind and explore the coast on foot or by rental bike.

Living
With 60 m² of space, this vacation rental offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

Layout:
Bathroom with shower, window, sink, and washing machine; fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, oven, microwave, electric kettle, and dishes. Bedroom (1) with a double bed (2x 90x200), wardrobe, and bedside lamps. Bedroom (2) with two single beds (90x200), wardrobe, and bedside lamps. Living/dining room with “designer flooring,” a sofa area, TV, dining table with chairs, and access to the furnished (2 chairs, 1 table) south/west-facing balcony.
You are also welcome to use the seating areas in the large garden next to the house, for example, for barbecuing.

Parking & Bicycles & Wi-Fi & Washing Machine
-The vacation rental includes an outdoor parking space (No. 4).
-Bicycles can be parked outside at the bike rack in the garden or in the shared garden shed.
-A washing machine is available for a fee in the apartment’s shower room.
-Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

Bedding & Towels:
The linen package can be booked for an additional fee per person and includes:
1 x pillowcase, 1 x duvet cover, 1 x flat sheet, 1 x shower towel, 2 x small hand towels, 1 x shower mat, and 1 x dish towel per 2 people.

Pets are not permitted.

Location:
Kellenhusen (one of three Baltic Sea resorts) is located on the Bay of Lübeck between Grömitz and the island of Fehmarn, featuring a long sandy beach stretching eastward. The promenade, lined with shops and ice cream parlors, is perfect for a leisurely stroll. Kellenhusen is located in the sunniest region of Germany, with approximately 2,000 hours of sunshine. The surrounding area, with its numerous biking and hiking trails, also offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities. From the dike, you can visit many beaches without having to use the main roads. There are also plenty of activities for children and the young at heart: playgrounds, a skate park, children’s entertainment, a kids’ harbor, a streetball court, a surf school, mini-golf, pedal boats, a bounce house, and much more to fill your free time. Of course, you can also simply lie on the beach and relax. As you can see, there’s something for everyone here.
