A newly renovated, cozy vacation rental for 2 people with views of the inland lake and the Baltic Sea.
All furniture and furnishings are brand new. Wi-Fi available.

The living area features light-colored designer flooring and is open to the kitchen, giving it a particularly spacious and bright feel.
A cozy corner couch is positioned by the window—the large double bed is located in the back of the room. Both seating areas offer a view of the large flat-screen TV in the living area. A hi-fi/CD system, a DVD player, and Wi-Fi are also available.

The kitchenette is well-equipped and features an induction cooktop, an oven with a broiler, a kettle, a coffee maker (SENSEO pod machine), and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

From the balcony, you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view toward the northeast, in the direction of Steinwarder/Fehmarn.

During peak season, rentals are only available for stays of 7 nights or more

During the peak booking season from June through September, continuous bookings are required. If this is not possible for you or if you have questions about your desired travel dates, please contact us in advance using the non-binding inquiry form. We’d be happy to work with you to find a suitable time frame or suggest alternative rental properties from our portfolio.

Bed linens (€12 per person) and towels (€8 per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so we can add these charges and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

Resort:

The resort consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.
Inside, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners.
All floors in the buildings are conveniently accessible via elevators.
The sandy beach, located approximately 500 meters away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached through the resort’s pedestrian zone.
On the way there—and thus closer to your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.

Leisure activities include, among others:
- Swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with an adventure pier
- Water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, SUP, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)
- Athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the vacation park)
- Flying kites and running around on the huge kite field toward the beach
- Walks along the nearby cliffs
- Mini-golf at the Dünengolf course
- Let the little ones burn off energy at the various playgrounds in the vacation center and around the inland lake
- Wellness & Beauty at the “Aktiv-Hus-Spa” with an exercise pool, sauna, massages, etc., right at the vacation park

Doctors & REHABILITATION, Sports
The rehabilitation center, located 300 meters away, the local physicians and specialists, and the proximity to the nearest hospital as well as dialysis services (Oldenburg i.H.: 12 km away) offer an excellent infrastructure for your outpatient spa stay.

Parking
There is a large parking lot at the rear of the vacation park. Here you can park your vehicle for an extended period free of charge. The spaces are marked according to the house numbers, but you are free to choose any available spot. In front of the houses, you’ll find a short-term parking area (30 minutes) for loading and unloading.
