BeachRiver is a deeply personal brand, and that individual touch doesn’t always translate perfectly on traditional rental platforms—but we do our best. Our mission has always been to offer a genuine, personal experience—not simply a “rental property.”

Unlike most rentals, this is our special home—lovingly built from the ground up (quite literally!). A five-year labor of love that we’re delighted to share with you.

We personally greet each guest at check-in for a brief 5 minutes. During that time, we offer our signature welcome drink and walk you through the home to ensure everything meets your expectations. We’ll also show you how to operate the non-traditional amenities such as the 12 ft. high accordion-style patio doors and the sauna—details that don’t translate well on paper. Then, we leave you to enjoy BeachRiver. (smile)

BeachRiver was thoughtfully designed as a peaceful adult retreat. The home’s layout, décor, and features—such as showers only (no bathtubs) and adult-oriented amenities—reflect that intention. That said, we love welcoming families! If you’re traveling with children (maximum of two), please share their ages in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your stay.

Our decor transitions seamlessly from bright beach days to a Nordic-insprired Christmas setting, with natural Finnish-style touches and soft, warm lighting.
Picture yourself gathered around the Solo Stove fire pit, bundled up under the stars, before stepping into the pine barrel sauna for a steamy, Scandinavian-style reset.

We’re one of the few properties that don’t charge a cleaning fee—or ask you to tidy up before you leave. You’re on vacation to relax, not to clean… right? (smile)

NOTE:
Quite Hours: ***9pm - 8am***

My neighbors are permanent residents. Please be mindful. All fire activities must end at 9pm (last Duraflame log should be placed no later than 7:30pm). You may remain on the beach up until 10pm to quietly "star gaze."

You may use the Sauna up until mid-night.

You may sit on the deck all night- again adhering to the quite time guidelines.

Smoking inside or outside is not permitted. Evidence of smoking will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
