Welcome to Villa Maria-Gabriele, a peaceful retreat in the Baltic Sea resort town of Kölpinsee! Our beautiful accommodations are located on a quiet street, just about 600 meters from the beach—perfect for relaxing days by the sea.

The parking space right next to the house has room for one car (please note that it is not suitable for vans, minibuses, or SUVs). A lockable bike shed is available for your bicycles, so you can store them safely.

The initial supply of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be booked as an add-on for a fee. Pets are not allowed.

Apartment 01:

Welcome to our cozy and quiet vacation apartment in the lakeside resort of Kölpinsee! This approximately 45 m² apartment on the first floor of Villa Maria-Gabriele accommodates up to 4 people and is ideal for a relaxing vacation by the lake.
The apartment features a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, as well as a combined living and dining room with a kitchenette where you’ll find everything you need for self-catering. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and toilet.
In the living room, a pull-out sofa bed provides two additional sleeping spots. Entertainment is also taken care of: there’s a TV in the bedroom, a smart TV in the living room, and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, electric oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster. A washing machine is available for doing laundry.
Families with young children are warmly welcome! For the children, there’s a high chair, a travel crib, a stroller, and child-friendly tableware. Outside, the patio with garden furniture invites you to relax. You can conveniently park your car right in front of the house in your own parking space, and bicycles can be stored safely in the lockable bike shed.
The entire floor is tiled, which makes cleaning easier. Free Wi-Fi is available during your stay.
