The Location
Our newly built, single-story vacation home is located in a quiet residential area in Maasbüll—a district of Risum-Lindholm—just about 9 km from the North Sea.
You’ll find shopping and restaurants in the town center of Risum-Lindholm (approx. 5 km) or in Dagebüll (9 km).

The Amenities
The approximately 120 square-meter, single-story Fascherhus captivates with its bright, spacious, and modern charm, featuring skillfully placed color accents.

The spacious, light-filled living area offers a cozy seating area with a large flat-screen TV for relaxing moments.
The open, very well-equipped kitchen features a stove with an extractor hood, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, an oven, a microwave, a filter coffee maker (filter size 4), an electric kettle, and a toaster.

The bright dining area is perfect for enjoying pleasant moments with friends and family.

Each bathroom features a toilet and a walk-in shower. The large sauna and washer-dryer round out the amenities.

The vacation home has three bedrooms: two bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds (180 x 200 each), and one children’s room has two single beds (90 x 200 each). A staircase leads to a cozy retreat where you can relax or where your children can play.

On the sheltered patio, you’ll find outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill.

Special features
Pets are welcome in our smoke-free home. The garden is fenced in. You can conveniently park your car in front of the house.

An initial set of bed linens and towels is automatically included with this booking and is already part of the final price. Additional linen packages can be added through the optional services.
