The vacation apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the residential complex and is accessible by elevator.
You’ll experience what makes this vacation apartment special the moment you walk in. The hallway welcomes you with a veritable hall of mirrors.
The approximately 26-square-meter living area, featuring an open kitchen, dining area, and a cozy sofa nook, comfortably accommodates 4 people. From the living area, you have access to the balcony with patio furniture. Enjoy the side view of the sea and watch the Wadden Sea and the ships coming in and out of the harbor. Thanks to the southeast-facing orientation, you can sit in the sun from breakfast through coffee time.

The lower floor also features a small shower room equipped with modern fixtures and an attractive bedroom.
A small spiral staircase leads to the lockable attic studio. With a floor area of about 33 m², it offers space for a 2x2 m double bed and a sitting area with two armchairs, a table, a TV bench, and a stereo system. You also have the option of setting up the provided travel cribs for babies and children here.

Thanks to its prime location right on the main beach dike, you can reach the pedestrian zone, the harbor, and the swimming pool in just a few minutes on foot. The Perlebucht family lagoon is about a 10-minute walk away or can be reached by the narrow-gauge train. Despite its proximity to the center, the vacation rental is in a very quiet location.
There is a designated parking space in the parking lot at the beginning of Nordseestraße, about 400 meters away.
