Fabulous Prime Location. We bought this Morningside Townhome recently because the beauty and peacefulness of Lake Placid is endless and the superior location of this townhome. It was recently renovated with Adirondack style furnishings and new upscale bedding. You will be one block away from Mirror Lake Beach, next to the Golf Course, and close walking distance to Downtown. For triathletes, you are two blocks from the Oval Rink and training is right outside your doorstep. The Lake Placid Horse Show Grounds are less than two miles down the road. For Ski lovers, Whiteface Mountain is 9 miles away & Mt. Van Hoevenberg for Cross Country Skiing is 6 miles. The Moose Lodge provides you with a cozy and welcoming retreat where you can relax and unwind after a day of adventures. You can make a home cooked meal or go out to a fine dining experience at one of the many Lake Placid restaurants. This 3-bedroom townhome is the perfect blend of comfort with one king bed, two queen beds, and a twin bed, making it ideal for families or groups. Each bedroom has a 48" HD TV & the Living Room has an incredible 75" HD TV with "Elmer the Moose" hanging in the Living Room. The two bathrooms include an excellent jetted bathtub, and climate control keeps the space cozy year-round. We welcome dogs at $25/night/pet. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our townhome.

Love being here - we've stayed multile times now. Such a nice, clean and comfortable place to stay. We had a slight issue with the heat, and Ray resolved for us quickly (thank you!). Would absolutely return again! :-)

Property was clean, spacious, and with plenty of helpful amenities. The host, Ray, provided helpful information prior to arrival and assisted as needed during our stay. They also provided a helpful map on the refrigerator that showed how to quickly get into town for visiting the main attractions.

the property was precisely as described. Very clean and we walked to everything we wanted in Lake Placid--Main Street--all the Olympic facilities, and easy drive to several markets to purchase food. The town-home was well equipped for our cooking every day (3 meals per day). My Labrador had a wonderful time exercising on the steps and of course on numerous walks in the snow. This house was rated as a 10 and should be. Wonderful experience. You will enjoy your time and the hosts are endlessly helpful and cooperatie.

My family is still commenting on what a beautiful place this was to stay. My niece competed in figure skating for the Empire Games and the location was perfect. She took the silver! It was sub-zero negative temperatures so we did not walk much but literally a 3-5 min to the Olympic Center back and forth to drop off athletes.We enjoyed cooking, sitting in the living room wrapped up so warm, cozy and comfy! The pictures are nice but really is a magical Adirondack getaway. The hosts made sure we were comfortable and very responsive if we had a question. I would highly recommend if you want an upgraded Adirondack experience look no further! This is the spot! Thank you again! Meliss

This lovely condo is beautifully furnished and the decor is outstanding. It is just perfect for a stay in the Adirondacks. The location is great and allows you to walk to anywhere in town. If you get a chance to vacation here in Lake Placid, grab it!

Dog friendly large townhouse with space to spread out, two full baths and a well-equipped kitchen. Quiet, woodsy surroundings but close enough to town to walk to events, restaurants, and shops. Our group included grandparents, parents, two kids and a dog.

Great property. Spacious and clean. Decorated beautifully. Well-equipped kitchen and linens. Overall very pleased. Things we didn't like - very icy parking lot and walkway, ice machine on fridge didn't work, and fireplace didn't work. We got the pilot lit but it went out again so assume it was out of gas. No response on that from the owners but had a response from the realtor to check the tanks between units down a bit but we didn't feel comfortable doing that.

The property and hosts were great! The townhouse was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. The location was outstanding! Close enough to carry our kayaks to the water but far enough to be away from the noise of town. The teenagers lover Elmer the Moose! Highly recommend.

Wonderful location for our first time in Lake Placid. We stayed with our 12, 13 year olds and dog. Pleanty of quick walks, close to Mirror Lake as advertised. All drive times were as adverised ad well. Most importantly the house was spotless. We look forward to our second stay.
Morning walk to Mirror Lake.
4 minute drive to hike Cobble Hill, a little steep but great view.
Morning sunrise on Mirrior. Not spectacular but a nice place to sit nonetheless.
