We are close to downtown Huntsville and the myriad amenities it offers: 5 -10 min to Redstone Arsenal, Lowe Mill Arts Center, Huntsville Hospital, Downtown Businesses, Restaurants and shopping, Whole Foods Market, Walmart Super Center, Publix, Kroger, John Hunt Park, Van Braun Center, downtown restaurants, Back Forty Beer, Clinton Ave Craft Brew houses including campus 805 brew district and restaurants, Huntsville Aquatic Center. We are 15 min to the Space & Rocket Center, Research Park, University of Alabama Huntsville, Huntsville Botanical Gardens. The John Hunt Park athletic complex is 5 minutes away featuring: Home and host to soccer, sand volleyball and cross-country championship facilities and tournaments, playgrounds, festival site, skatepark, disc golf course, outdoor fitness court, tennis complex, ice skating/hockey rinks, mountain bike trails, baseball and softball fields, stadium and more.

Apartment is within a fenced and electronically gated apartment complex. Well lit and secure parking areas. Peaceful wide open field within gated complex for walks and play.

DETAILS

New furnishings (2026), fully outfitted with everything needed for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Clean luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, LED lighting, electronic keypad entry programmed with your code, backyard mini deck to enjoy your morning coffee or tea. Wifi, smart HDTV with streaming apps, dimmer controlled designer lighting, leather recliner, comfy sofa. Central air and heat. Parking directly in front of unit. Gate clicker issued for your stay.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked with glass ware, dish ware, cookware, utensils, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, stove, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery and knife set, large counter with built in seating and bar stool. Starter paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, soap, sponges.


BEDROOMS: Queen memory foam mattresses in each of the two bedrooms with soft linens, comforters and pillows. 6-drawer dressers, 3 drawer night tables and closet in each bedroom for ample clothes storage. Over bed color LED remote controlled lighting in each bedroom. Black out shades throughout.

BATH: New shower - tub combo, LED lighting, towels and hand soap supplied.

LAUNDRY: The complex has its own laundry with app and credit card controlled machines. If using the App it will signal your phone when your wash is finished. 3 washers and 3 dryers. Easy instructions mounted on wall. We are in a small, boutique apartment complex of just 28 units.

Guest access
You will be emailed with check-in instructions a few days prior to your stay. This will include getting your keypad code for the front door as a well as a code for entry through the front gate.

Other things to note
We offer and encourage longer terms stays of between 3 months and a year. We are an apartment complex and set up for this. Prices can be significantly discounted depending on length of stay. Please inquire.
