This apartment has been completely renovated and features pleasant, warm pastel tones, new furniture, and vinyl flooring. The kitchen and bathroom have also been completely renovated. The living room/bedroom is furnished with a high-quality sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm) from 2025, a lowboard, side tables, and various home accessories that give the room a very cozy feel.

A large flat-screen TV is available for entertainment.

The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and much more. You can comfortably enjoy your meals at a small folding dining table or at the kitchen counter.

From the living room, you have direct access to the covered terrace, which features a large lounge area. A small fenced-in lawn completes this area. Here, you can enjoy the sun almost all day long.

In addition, a brightly tiled shower room is available.

Feel free to explore the town of Grömitz at a leisurely pace on foot: a free parking space is available at the house for your car. You can conveniently park your bicycles in the garden area.
