The vacation rental is located in a two-family home in a quiet area not far from Lake Dolgener and Lake Hohensprenzer.

Very popular with canoeists, stand-up paddlers, anglers, and cyclists.

We offer an atmosphere where there’s plenty to experience. Gardening is allowed; there’s a soccer and volleyball field next door, and Sabel has a small movie theater. You can play board and dice games, watch deer and wild birds, go boating, and much more.

Garden furniture is available in the garden; bicycles can be stored, and parking is provided.

Various Deutsche Bahn trains, as well as the Warnemünde-Güstrow S-Bahn, stop in Schwaan, approximately 7 km from the vacation rental. The nearest bus stop is 10 m away, and the Scharfstorf train station is 4 km from the vacation rental; from there, an S-Bahn departs for Rostock every hour, taking you to Rostock Central Station in 12 minutes. The A19 and A20 highways are just a few minutes’ drive away.
