This two-room ground-floor vacation apartment (58 square meters) is located in a building near the beach in the center of Westerland. The apartment features a bright, light-filled living area with a cozy sofa set, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, freezer, and coffee maker. The bedroom, featuring white built-in closets and a TV, offers a box-spring bed where you can enjoy a heavenly, restful sleep during your stay. The tastefully designed shower room rounds out the apartment with a modern and stylish touch. As a highlight, the vacation rental features a south-west-facing terrace with patio furniture and a beach chair (available year-round). You can access the terrace from both the bedroom and the living room. Pets are allowed upon prior notice (€10 per pet per day). Please note that smoking is prohibited in this vacation rental. The rental includes an underground parking space.

The vacation rental participates in the Sylt Go Mobility partner program, which means you’ll receive free bus tickets. You can use these to travel throughout the entire island during your stay. Wir sind zum dritten Mal in diesem Objekt gewesen - insbesondere die top zentrale, strandnahe und ruhige Lage der Wohnung, ein kleiner Gartenanteil mit Strandkorb, der Tiefgaragenstellplatz, sowie die Möglichkeit, dass zwei Fellnasen mit uns Urlaub machen durften, und An- und Abreisen an Sonn- und Feiertagen möglich sind, erfüllen nahezu alle unserer Anforderungen. Zudem empfanden wir die Wohnung und auch das Gebäude als sehr sauber, so dass das nächste Mal schon gebucht ist. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub benötigt.
