The 3-room vacation apartment (approx. 75 m²) is spread over two levels and is located in a quiet area of Tinnum. On the first floor is a bright living room with a dining area, a spacious seating area, a TV, and a dining area. From here, you have direct access to the terrace with its own beautifully landscaped garden, complete with a seating area and a Sylt beach chair. Also on this level is the fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator). In the basement, you’ll find two bedrooms—each with a box-spring bed and a built-in closet offering plenty of storage space, as well as a TV—and the bathroom with a shower and toilet. A small additional room with a sink can be used, for example, as a dressing room. Located between Westerland and Keitum, in the center of this beautiful island, Tinnum offers plenty of variety, and all of the island’s surrounding towns are within easy reach. Please note that this vacation rental is a non-smoking property and pets are not allowed. A parking space is available right next to the house.
