The Space:

Isla Barú sits in the Caribbean at a pace that makes everything else feel distant. From the terrace at Calablanca Residences, the sea opens up directly in front of you - pale turquoise shifting into deep blue, unobstructed, at every hour of the day. This three-bedroom apartment inside a gated coastal community gives your group a proper base: room for six, three full bathrooms, and a building's worth of amenities waiting on the other side of the front door.



The space

Calablanca Residences is set within a gated community on Isla Barú's Caribbean coastline. The apartment's terrace faces the sea directly, making it a natural anchor for morning coffee or an evening drink. The building has an elevator, and free parking is available in the on-site garage and on the street.



Sleeping arrangements

The apartment accommodates 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 5 beds: 1 king size bed, 2 double beds, and 2 single beds. Three full bathrooms mean no waiting at the start of the day. Each bedroom is stocked with bed linens, hangers, room-darkening shades, and an in-room safe.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking - stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, with cooking basics, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses throughout. A refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher are all on hand. The dining table seats the whole group inside, or bring your plate out to the terrace.



Bathrooms & comfort

All 3 bathrooms come stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the apartment comfortable through the heat of the day. A dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi are available when needed. For longer stays, a washer, dryer, and iron are all provided, with clothing storage throughout.

Inside the apartment, a TV and game console cover the quieter hours. The community game room adds another option for groups - pool table, ping pong table, and foosball all in one space.

Location

The beach is less than 5 minutes away on foot, without needing to leave the complex. Beach essentials are included - towels, umbrella, blanket, and snorkeling gear - so you can head straight down without having to pack a thing. Use of the sauna and jacuzzi comes at no additional charge. You only need to make a reservation through your Concierge. Massages have an additional cost and can be requested through your assigned Concierge. We offer transportation from Cartagena to Calablanca, at an additional cost.



Good to know

There is no smoke alarm or carbon monoxide detector on the property. Luggage drop-off is available for guests with early arrivals or late departures, and long-term stays of 28 days or more are accommodated.
