A modern, bright, 56-square-meter 2-room apartment (on the 2nd floor) with a fully equipped kitchen awaits you. The separate bedroom is located in a completely quiet area—at the back of the building. The living area features a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional guests. The spacious bathroom includes a tub and shower. The apartment has flat-screen TV, cable TV, and internet; a crib can also be provided. There is a locked room in the building for bicycles. Parking is available in front of the building or about a 2-minute walk away, free of charge outside the inner city highway loop.

On-site costs: The listed daily rates apply for occupancy by 2 people. If two separate beds are requested for 2 people, an extra-bed fee of 10.00 €/ Tag.Je will apply. Up to 2 extra beds are available; the price per extra bed is 10.00 €/day.A crib is available—price per day: €5.00. Bed linens and towels are provided free of charge. Cancellation policy: 50% of the total cost for cancellations made between 60 and 35 days before the start of the trip. 80% of the total cost for cancellations made 34 days or less before the start of the trip.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out is available from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
