This unique 6-bedroom, 5-bath home is ideal for large groups, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax and gather. It also features a separate same-level living area, making it especially convenient for elderly guests, children, or multiple families vacationing.

•The Space

Kitchens:

The home features two kitchens, each equipped with an oven, dishwasher, sink, and ample counter space for meal preparation and cleanup. Both kitchens also include a coffee area and cozy seating spaces—one overlooking the backyard and the other facing the front yard with vineyard views. Guests can also step out onto the front patio to enjoy coffee or wine at a table overlooking the vineyard.

Gathering Spaces:

Just off of the main kitchen is a comfortable living room with a brand-new 65-inch Smart TV and plenty of seating for relaxing together.

On the other side of the home, there is a second living room with a 70-inch TV and an electric fireplace. This area also includes two main-level bedrooms—one with a king bed and one with a queen bed—with a bathroom located between them. This setup is perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs, including elderly family members or children who may want their own separate space. The second kitchen is also located on this side of the home.

Laundry:

The washer and dryer are conveniently located on the main floor as well.

Bedrooms:

Upstairs, the primary suite features a king-size bed and a spa-like bathroom with a jacuzzi tub, double sinks, a toilet area, and a stone-floor shower. A charming library room leads into the primary suite.

Also on the second floor are two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed and Smart TV. Both rooms offer ample closet space. Across the hall is a full bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and double sinks. This bathroom is also equipped with an iron and ironing board in the closet.

The sixth bedroom includes a king-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom, a Smart TV, and a large closet.

Outdoors:

Guests are just about 3 miles from downtown Annapolis, where they can enjoy restaurants, shops, boutiques, and historic attractions such as the United States Naval Academy.

Parking:

Private parking is available for up to 10 cars, with additional parking located around the back.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home, with the exception of three closets.
