✦ All visitors must be registered first before they can access the property. Kindly send their Passport/Emirates ID (front and back clear scan or picture) at least 4 hours

3. Check-In and Check-Out:
✦ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM.
✦ Check-out time is at 12:00 PM (Noon time).
Please ensure your room is vacated by this time to allow our staff adequate time to prepare for incoming guests. Early check in or late check out is available upon prior approval by management and against a fee.

4. Meals and Cleaning Services:
✦ Meals are not included in your stay.
✦ Daily room cleaning and linen changes are available upon request at an additional cost.
Please book these services at least one day in advance (subject to availability).

5. Valuables:
✦ Please safeguard your valuables, such as wallets, jewelry, mobile phones, laptops, and passports.
✦ A digital safe is provided in your unit for your convenience. We are not liable for any loss or damage to your personal belongings.

6. Noise and Consideration:
✦ Be mindful of your neighbors and other residents in the building.
✦ Keep noise levels down, especially during nighttime hours. Loud music is not permitted at any time. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.

7. Access Cards:
✦ Handle access cards with care. These cards provide entry to common areas and amenities such as the swimming pool, gym, and parking facilities.
✦ A fee of AED 1000 will be charged for any lost or damaged access cards.

8. Booking Adjustments:
✦ No refunds will be given for unused days if you choose to check out earlier than your booked period.

9. Guest Registration:
✦ All guests must be registered at the time of booking and must provide a copy of their passport for verification.

10. Property Damage:
✦ Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to property caused by themselves, their visitors, or any registered guests.

11. Visitor Policy:
✦ No outside visitors are allowed without prior permission from the reception.
✦ All visitors must register with their Passport/ID at reception.

12. Smoking Policy:
✦ Smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. A fee of AED 2000 will be charged if anyone is found smoking indoors.

13. Conduct:
✦ Gambling or any unlawful behavior is strictly prohibited.
✦ Illegal drugs and prostitution are not allowed under any circumstances.
✦ Inappropriate behavior or causing a public nuisance under the influence of alcohol is not permitted.

14. Electricity Conservation:
✦ Help us maintain our rates by conserving electricity. Ensure all electric appliances and lights are switched off when you leave the room.

15. Additional Cleaning Services:
✦ Daily cleaning is not included but can be booked separately for an additional charge.

16. Pool area:
✦ Usage of the pool as well as supervision of all children at all times is solely under the guest`s responsibility.

17. Parking areas:
✦ All vehicles should be parked only in designated parking slots.

18. Policy Changes:
✦ Management reserves the right to alter or amend these regulations without prior notice
