The “Wölkchen” vacation apartment is lovingly furnished and is located on the 2nd floor (attic) of a multi-family house in a prime location. It consists of a hallway/entryway, a small storage closet for beach gear/suitcases, etc., a “children’s room” with a bunk bed, a small, separate, and functional kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a living room with a corner sofa, dining table with chairs, TV, radio, a practical fold-out bed (converts to a double bed), and access to the balcony. The parking space is located right next to the property, and bicycles can be securely stored in the bike storage room. Washing machines are also available in the basement for a fee. Please note that this vacation rental is a “smoke-free property.” Pets (1 dog) may be brought along upon request for a fee.
