Cozy furnishings and designer flooring ensure a pleasant living experience.<br><br>Its proximity to the beach guarantees a short walk to plenty of swimming fun. You can even see the North Sea (to the side) from the apartment! This vacation rental on Borkum features a beautiful covered balcony—the perfect spot to relax!<br><br>The living area is divided into a sleeping area (two single beds) and a living area with a couch corner and dining table. For relaxing moments with the family, a TV, a hi-fi system with a docking station, and a CD player are available. A selection of CDs is provided.<br><br>We prioritize creating a family-friendly environment where you’ll feel right at home! As part of the standard amenities in this Borkum vacation rental, you’ll find children’s toys, a high chair, a crib, and a children’s room with bunk beds.
