The cozy and tastefully furnished "Gänsemarkt" vacation rental is ideal for a romantic getaway. A bright and sunny living room, a separate bedroom, and a lovely south-facing terrace provide plenty of space to relax.

The living area features a state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with every convenience (including a microwave, small oven, and deep fryer), a dining area, and a sitting area with a couch, TV, and stereo system. Free Wi-Fi is available for browsing the web on your smartphone. From the living room, you can step out onto the sunny, south-facing terrace. Reading a good book in peace, sitting together comfortably, or simply relaxing here is a wonderful vacation experience!

When the sun sets on Rügen, a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) awaits you in the separate bedroom. Alternatively, you can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room (160 x 200 cm).

If you’re planning to travel in a larger group, the layout of the property is ideal for this. You can also book the other apartments in the building, allowing everyone to stay close together. This apartment is located in Building 7 of the residential complex.

A washing machine and dryer are available on-site for a fee.

A free parking space is available at the building.

A wonderfully relaxing vacation awaits you at “Wohnpark Stadt Hamburg” on Rügen! The complex is situated on the sunny Klünderberg (more of a hill with a 12% incline) and offers a picturesque view of “Schmachter See.”

The residential complex in the Baltic Sea resort of Binz is very well-maintained and spaciously laid out. It’s located in the heart of Binz yet in a beautiful, quiet setting, as no through roads disturb the peaceful vacation atmosphere.

A ten-minute walk takes you to the shopping and strolling promenade. From the residential complex, it’s about a 20-minute walk to the promenade, or a 5-minute bike ride. Spending a sunny day at the beach, getting active, or sipping a cool cocktail at one of the beach bars offers the ultimate vacation experience!

The location of the “Wohnpark Stadt Hamburg” is ideal for beach and nature lovers alike, as well as for active vacationers. The Granitz forests with their hiking trails, the “RASENDER ROLAND” stop, and the tennis courts are all in the immediate vicinity. For our younger guests, there’s a small, freely accessible playground right here in the Wohnpark.
