The vacation rental features a living room, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Bright rooms with large windows and cozy furnishings create a welcoming atmosphere.

In the living room, a dining area and a sofa corner with a TV and CD player invite you to enjoy meals together, watch movies, and listen to music. Here, you can relax thoroughly after a day at the beach or in the evening hours.

For convenient self-catering, the vacation rental features a kitchenette equipped with, among other things, a stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster.

The separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2 x 2 m). The sofa bed in the living area (1.40 m) provides an additional sleeping option.

The rose garden and the village park surround the historic building. Both public gardens are wonderful places to take a stroll.

General Information: The floors in the vacation rental are covered with laminate and tile, making them very easy to maintain. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building (for a fee). There is a storage area for your bicycles. You can access Apartment 23 through the building entrance at Charlottenstr. 23b.

The island’s supermarkets are right across from the residence, so you can run errands just 30 meters away!
