Inside, a game room and spacious gathering areas give everyone plenty to do. Just over an hour from Dallas, it's an easy fall escape for families and friends.

Fall may be our favorite season at the lake. Cooler days mean football by the pool, evenings around the fire, and plenty of time outside without the Texas summer heat.

Our home was designed for gathering, with multiple indoor and outdoor spaces where your group can spread out, relax, and spend time together.

Don't let a little rain change your plans. Our spacious **covered outdoor living areas** let you grill, watch TV, eat, and relax outside even when the weather isn't perfect.

When evening arrives, gather around the **outdoor fire pit**, relax in the heated spa, or enjoy a drink by the outdoor fireplace.

### 🏊 HEATED INFINITY POOL + SPA

Cooler weather doesn't have to end pool season.

Our lakefront infinity pool can be heated to **80°F **(depending on outdoor temperatures), making it perfect for fall weekends. The spa heats to **95°F** and sits within view of the outdoor TV — so you don't have to choose between watching the game and soaking in the hot tub.

• Pool heating: $150/day heated from 6:00am to 4:00pm
• Spa heating: $15/hour\

The lake doesn't close when summer ends! Enjoy:

If the weather sends everyone indoors, First Cast has plenty to keep the group entertained, including arcade games, a stocked game closet, Smart TVs, mahjong, and spacious gathering areas.

Our fully stocked kitchen includes:

• Pots, pans, utensils, and knives
• Slow cooker and blender
• Basic spices and cooking spray
• Olive oil is not provided

☕ **COFFEE BAR**

• Coffee maker supports a full carafe or single cup
• Use either ground coffee or K-cups
• Starter kit includes K-cups, ground coffee, filters, and creamers

### 🛌 BEDROOMS

• **Bedroom 1 — Downstairs Primary Suite:** King bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, double vanity, Smart TV, and sunroom access. The sunroom can be made private.
• **Bedroom 2 — Downstairs:** King bed, ensuite bathroom, built-in desk, and Smart TV.
• **Bedroom 3 — Upstairs:** Queen bed, closet, and access to the upstairs bathrooms. Two full bathrooms are available upstairs.
• **Bedroom 4 — Upstairs:** Queen bed, closet, and access to the upstairs bathrooms. Two full bathrooms are available upstairs.
• **Bedroom 5 — Upstairs Bunk Room:** Six twin beds. Additional mattresses are available.

### ℹ️ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

•🧼 Starter cleaning supplies are provided, including trash bags, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, and paper towels.
• 📷 Outdoor security cameras are present; there are no indoor cameras.
• 🚤 Motorized watercraft are not provided. Guests may bring their own or rent locally.
• 🚤 Two single kayaks, two tandem kayaks, and an aqua mat are available for guest use.
• 🧴Toiletries are provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a forgotten-items kit.
• 🐞 The property is treated regularly for pests, but lake life includes insects and spiders.

**Guest access**
All areas are available to guest with the exception of:
2 owners closets clearly marked inside the home.

The upstairs storage closet on the dock.

The garage may be used by guests but it is primarily used for maintenance items for the home.

**Other things to note**
Water Safety Notice:

While our home is wonderful for families, it is best suited for those with older children. The pool is not fenced, and there is no barrier between the home and the lake. For this reason, close supervision is essential at all times. In addition, we require our guests to sign a Lake and Waterfront waiver as well as a Pool Liability waiver. We want every guest to have a relaxing and safe stay, so please consider this carefully when booking.

Outdoor Environment Notice

As a lakefront property, our home is surrounded by nature. It’s normal to encounter insects and spiders in outdoor areas, as this is their natural environment. While we proactively treat the property and thoroughly clean outdoor spaces and furniture on a regular basis, occasional presence may still occur, including at the time of your arrival.

If you are particularly sensitive to this aspect of a natural setting, our home may not be the best fit for your stay.
