Most destinations in Nampa are just 5–10 minutes away, with Caldwell and surrounding areas close by. Boise is about a 25–30 minute drive.



Parking is available on-site, making it easy for multiple vehicles.



Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available, though less frequent than in larger metro areas.

3. Residential Setting

* Our home is located in a lived-in residential neighborhood. While it is generally peaceful, you may occasionally hear normal neighborhood sounds such as nearby pets, traffic, or lawn care.

5. Check-In & Check-Out

8. Guest Care & Responsibility

* We kindly ask that guests treat our home with care and report any issues promptly so we can address them quickly. Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear, in line with Airbnb policies.
