Villa Rotdorn, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, right next to the nature reserve

Welcome to the Seepark-Residenz on Rügen—a vacation in harmony with nature.
As you know, a picture is worth a thousand words, and I’d like to add:
A video is worth a thousand pictures. That’s why I’ve created a few videos.
This exclusive, luxurious villa was first rented out in 2021 and, with 131 m² of living space, offers everything you need to turn the most beautiful time of the year into a dream vacation.

The partially open ceiling extending up to the attic floods the living-dining area with light and sunshine.
The spacious 805 m² property guarantees a dream vacation in the “Pommersche Boddenlandschaft” nature reserve.
Enjoy the location next to the nature reserve or host a barbecue on the terrace.

Extend your evenings into the cooler hours in the integrated sunroom.
