The beautiful, well-maintained vacation apartment owned by the Nitsch family in the Baltic Sea resort town of Kellenhusen features a bright, spacious living room with a flat-screen TV, a two-seater couch, two armchairs, a coffee table and side table, a stereo cabinet (radio, stereo system, CD/DVD player), Wi-Fi, and access to the tiled, furnished balcony with a partial view of the Baltic Sea.

Guests can make themselves comfortable in the dining area, which features 4 chairs, a large dining table, a display cabinet, and a dresser.

The separate kitchen is connected to the living/dining area by a sliding door.

The vacation rental features a bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), nightstands, and a large wardrobe with a mirror; a bathroom with a shower and toilet; and a spacious hallway with coat racks, a mirror, and a spiral staircase leading to the second floor. A large, double-leaf glass door leads from the hallway into the living room.

The vacation rental also features a second bedroom on the second floor with two single beds (each 0.90 m x 2.00 m) and a second flat-screen TV. Depending on the season, the upper bedroom offers a view of the Baltic Sea.

A bike rack is available in front of the house.

A private parking space is located in the parking lot next to the house.

An ironing board, iron, coin-operated washing machine, and coin-operated dryer are located in the shared basement.

For cancellations made between 59 and 40 days before arrival, 40% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged. 
For cancellations made between 39 and 28 days before arrival, 60% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made 27 days or more before arrival, 90% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
