Apartamento luminoso, acogedor y moderno (dúplex - 3º y 4º Piso), 95 m², en un edificio de apartamentos familiar y habitado con un pequeño jardín. Hay alojamiento durante la noche para 2 a 6 personas. Tiene buenas conexiones de transporte al centro de la ciudad y un corto paseo hasta el Pegnitzauen. También encontrará el Imax más grande de Alemania aquí y en diciembre puede visitar el Christkindelmarkt. También hay varios museos, incluido el Museo del Juguete, el Museo Nuevo, el Museo Nacional Germánico y el Centro de Documentación. Hosts were very kind! The place had plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The apartment is very comfortable.The only caution is be sure you can navigate steep stairs. The bedroom is the very top and it’s almost like attic stairs.We enjoyed our stay!

Nürnberg Business Trip

We loved the flat and the neighborhood. Everything was as described and the accommodations were very clean and quiet. We loved having Palais Schaumburg right across the street. It is a fun and delicious restaurant that we frequented two nights during our stay.

Spacious, good quiet location

The flat is in a residential area, less than10min walk to 2 tube stations, 30min tube to the airport and 10min on the tube to the centre. 15min walk to the Nürnberg Trials court.

Family fun place in great area

We loved it! Old fashioned in all the right ways - noisy area and top floor so hot hot in the summer and the stairs were tricky in the night but we survived and were all very happy with the experience. Great pub opposite - play park two streets away and a brewery with beer garden a short walk. Trains close too. Would stay again any time!

Very nice apartment close to downtown

We had an amazing visit to nurnberg and this apartment was one of the big factors. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the streets and has a lot of amenities for the price. My brother slept in the upstairs room and i the downstairs. The beds were a little hard on the back, but tolerable. I believe there may be an insect problem however as we found some big centipedes in the apartment.other than those two things it worked out very well.

Enjoyable stay

My spouse and I enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment and the location. The big soaking tub in the bathroom was a treat! Our host was very responsive whenever we contacted her. However, I would recommend this place for people who have stronger legs than mine. There are 52 steps (no elevator) up to the apartment, and the main suite is accessed by another staircase within the apartment. Our heavy suitcases were a real struggle; luckily, the host was there to help us when we departed.

Great location and lots of space

This is the perfect apartment for people looking for a little more space and just a little distance from the busier, more tourist-heavy parts of town. As others have said, those with mobility issues may struggle with the stairs up to the loft bedroom, but it is a very comfortable and well cared for space. Only a bit of a walk to Mitte (about 30 minutes), and a lot of good restaurants, bars, and cafes in the surrounding neighborhood. Finally, Doris was so helpful. I made a silly mistake, which resulted in difficulty getting into the apartment. I had to call her late on the evening of our check-in, and she was very patient with me until I was able to get into the flat. I definitely recommend this rental.

Nice and well equipped

From the initial contact Doris and Werner did what they could to make our as uncomplicated and relaxing as possible. Our questions (as first time renters from FeWo) where answered in detail, and the description on how to get there was accurate. All in all they are fine ambassadors for FeWo. The flat is up some 53 steps, and a tiny bit cumbersome with a large and heavy suitcase, but we made it – both father and son. The flat is spacious and well equipped with most everything one could wish for. The bathroom seemed to be newly renovated, complete with both bathtub and a shower cabinet. One bedroom is up further 13 steps via a narrow staircase from the kitchen, and the decision to let the young one sleep there was obvious. The other bedroom (next to the living room) that I stayed in had good mattresses, and I could hardly hear any noice from the street. A small closet contains some form of a gass heater that with intervals makes a crackling sound when it ignites it self, and a slight whooshing one when running, but after a while we stopped noticing it. Lots of windows lets in light, and can be opened if more air is wanted. The radiators kept us warm, and a corner-sofa enabled relaxing time with a good read in one of the books found in the bookshelf. All in all we would gladly return!

Stadtnah und geräumig

Gut ausgestattete geräumige Wohnung im 3. Stock mit Zusatzraum im 4. Stock. Freundliche, stets ansprechbarer Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Mit der U-Bahn problemlos und in engem Zeittakt in die Altstadt. Parkplatz auf den Straßen mühsam zu finden. Der erwähnte Gartenbereich gehört nicht zur Wohnung. Wenn das Wetter heiß ist, spürt man die Wirkung auch nachts in der Wohnung.

Radurlaub Chorfestival

Insgeamt war alles super. Mit dem Rad konnten wir schnell die Innenstadt erreichen. Kleines Manco ist, dass es häufig im Treppenhaus nach kalten Zigarettenrauch riecht. Dies könnte vielleicht durch Öffnen eines Fenster in der oberen Etage des Treppenhauses verbessert werden.

Kurzurlaub

Nürnberg ist toll, die Wohnung war sauber, sehr großzügig geschnitten und ca. 20 Minuten fußläufig von der Altstadt entfernt. Auch Fahrradtouren waren von dort gut zu planen. Sehr netter, unkomplizierter und zuverlässiger Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Wir können es sehr empfehlen! Preis/Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut.

Zentral, groß und gut eingerichtet

Unsere Familienwoche in Nürnberg war in der FeWo sehr schön. Recht zentral gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bäcker in der Nähe, Nahverkehr gut ereichbar. Die große Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Gegenüber war ein interessantes Restaurant, dass viel für Vetarier geboten hat. Leider war es etwas heiß in der Woche, unterm Dach und ohne Rollos auf einer Seite, war auch wenig Abkühlung, aber das war hat eine besonderes heiße Woche. Ansonsten waren wir zufrieden, danke an Vermieter.

Geräumige Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage

Herzlichen Dank an unsere Gastgeber, die stets für uns da waren und uns alle Wünsche unkompliziert erfüllt haben. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sehr nahe an der Innenstadt gelegen, so dass man zwar eine super Verkehrsanbindung hat, doch sich auch gern zu Fuß auf den Weg macht. Für uns waren es wunderschöne erlebnisreiche Urlaubstage

Empfehlungswert!

Die Aufenthalt war sehr sauber, bietet viel Platz und ist in eine ruhige Lage. Man muss halt die ganzen Treppen bis im 3 Stock mit Gepäck steigen, dafür ist der Unterkunft im vergleich zum Markt sehr preiswert. Alles was man braucht war Vorhanden ( wie z.B: Bügeleisen, Mixer, Geschirr, viele Handtücher u.s.w.). Der Gastgeber hat uns sehr viele Informationen gegeben und war sehr freundlich. Bei unser nächsten Aufenthalt in Nürnberg würden wir gerne diese Unterkunft mieten.
