A pool table, darts and a TV await in the basement for socialising. From the balcony you can enjoy breathtaking views of the mountains. And as icing on the cake, the cosy little garden with terrace is also at your disposal. A perfect base for an unforgettable holiday experience!

In winter, the practice slope and the ski gondola to the large ski area are practically next to the holiday home, without the need for a car or ski bus. For those who find Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser Brixental, Austria's largest ski area, too extensive, there is also a smaller family ski area in Kelchsau. Thereby, the ski lift has a supervised ski depot with ski boot heating.
In summer, the nearby mountains offer wonderful opportunities for beautiful hikes and mountain bike tours. Golf enthusiasts can have a great time in nearby Westendorf. In addition, a swimming lake, a summer toboggan run and minigolf provide entertainment for summer visitors!
