If you're a wintertime guest, you'll be less than two miles from the lifts and just over a mile from Heavenly Resort, so be sure to bundle up for an afternoon of powdery downhill runs! Summertime guests will love hiking the many nearby trails such as Tahoe Rim Trail Association: Van Sickle State Park Trailhead, Van Sickle Bi-State Park, and Lam Watah Nature Trail to Nevada Beach. Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
