Take a short stroll along the shoreline to Ski Run Marina for boat rentals, fishing charters, shopping, and local dining options.





This lakefront three-story getaway offers jaw-dropping lake views, an open layout, and a subtle nautical theme. Enjoy sunny breakfasts or delightful dinners on the furnished deck with unparalleled views of the water. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the cooking essentials to prepare everything from snacks on the go, finger foods, and full-course meals. Nothing beats snuggling near the gas fireplace and watching TV with the water as a backdrop.





COMPLEX AMENITIES

Enjoy access to Lakeland Village's private beach, pools, hot tubs, lakeside barbecues, sauna, and fitness center—amenities that are private to the Lakeland Village community and available only to guests and owners. These spaces are shared, meaning they are not exclusive to this individual unit.





Things to Know

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Everything was perfect! The location was great. The people/hosts were so kind and very helpful. The house was very clean and so nicely decorated. Will definitely be back again and again.

Location, location, location. Couldn’t have asked for a better view or access to the beach! House was clean and well appointed. Unfortunately they did not report that one of the showers was unavailable and the Pier, which was a huge selling point was under repair and not available to use

Great for a group!!

Very clean condo, and convenient for a group of friends!! The condo is also very close to the hot tub which came in handy after skiing. Would definitely come back again for ski season

South Lake Tahoe

A great location. Refrigerator had several broken shelves. No where to store food you bring especially any dry goods. Definitely plenty of room for 8-9 people to hang out and sleep.

Pros: Good convenient location to the strip. Great view of lake. Lots of beds and sleeping areas. Comfortably fit 3 families with 6 kids total Cons: Loft and top floor is open and can get very loud even during normal conversations in the living room. Need to park in open lot and can be far walk to condo. No EV chargers onsite.

If you’re looking for views and beach access, this is the place.

The age of this HOA community property is starting to show, which is to be expected. It’s an older property, and as you walk around you can see visible aging of the exterior, windows and screens, and some of the decks are falling apart and are currently unusable and in various states of repair. If you’re looking for a luxury property, you might head elsewhere. But I f you’re looking for a family-friendly and fun atmosphere, this is definitely the place! Our unit wasn’t modern but it was very clean and it was simply yet tastefully decorated. The deck was our favorite part as it was literally steps from the beach. My husband and I spent the entire trip sitting out there. The unit faces the lake and you can’t beat the view!! The view will include sunbathers and beach goers though so if you’re looking for privacy, you won’t find it here. We have four rambunctious kids though so we didn’t mind the crowd and we fit right in. The unit is three levels and we happened to be there during a heat wave when it was unusually warm for Tahoe (80 degrees) so the two upper floors were hot on arrival. There is no air conditioning but they had enough fans for every bedroom and we opened the windows up first thing and put a fan in each window and it cooled off quickly. The unit sleeps 11 easily and each of our kids had their own room with plenty of space to spread out and the beds were comfortable. It’s walking distance to restaurants and CVS. We plan to stay here again and will bring friends!

Perfect location plenty of space

We truly enjoyed our family stay at this location. The size of the property was perfect for our family. We appreciated the fans left in the closets as there is no central air - which we know is common for Lake Tahoe homes. We loved hanging out on the back deck and enjoyed the beach and community pool. The check in process was slightly awkward as the office is several miles away from the property. Recommend NOT showing up early, as the office will not allow early check ins. Community keeps up with trash collection, and vacationing neighbors we’re all extremely pleasant. Centrally Located so all amenities and shops are close by and easy to get to. Parking was slightly hectic and right spaces, but overall was a great property.

Weekend Getaway for Folks’ 80th Birthday

We spent a wonderful weekend here and loved the place. The sunset views were incredible and it was nice having the pool and spa right next door. The only negative was that we were unable to reach the host.

Horrible Customer Service

I have messaged several times and called customer service to address this issue, I have yet to get this issue fully resolved and have yet to hear back from anyone. I have now spent hours on several occasions trying to get my full refund. I called and finally got some assistance with my original requested refund but they processed a partial refund. The refund was processed in two different payments as was my original two payments. The second payment was refunded twice, the first payment amount was never refunded. This still left a balance owed for 242.00. I have requested this to be addressed and I am still waiting. We made this reservation in January and canceled the next day due to a sick family member. It took me over 45 days to get a hold of anyone because they were not responding to my messages and still are not. I have been very unhappy with the service and lack of communication, no one should have to spend this amount of time chasing a company to do their job. It’s even more disappointing because the property looks amazing and we were looking forward to actually being able to visit at a later date. I wish I could only rate the customer service but that wasn’t an option.

Tahoe Ski Trip

We traveled from Australia for a Ski Trip and could not have been happier with this fantastic property including views, location and shuttle to the ski lifts, also great WIFI, Mark & Family
