Overlooking the wooded property, your two-bedroom with loft townhome boasts vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, a spiral staircase, and a modern, open layout. The full kitchen is well-equipped for prepping your favorite recipes, and there’s plenty of space to gather for mealtime, board games, and puzzles between the living and dining areas. Step out on the shaded balcony for a breath of fresh mountain air anytime.



Things to Know

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Perfect Lake Tahoe Getaway

We LOVED this place and will definitely be back! Very clean, everything you could need in the kitchen, comfortable, cozy, and a good location in the complex close to the lake. Highly recommend booking this one!

Come for the lake and stay for the lake. We never went to the pool, hot tub, sauna or fireplace as there were so many families with littles and no where to sit. But we enjoyed the lake by boat, spent time on the lakeside beach and did some walking around and shopping.

Great location and private beach

We went to Lake Tahoe on July 4th weekend. The traffic was crazy everywhere. We were not able to get in any parking lot for some famous beaches. We were so glad that this property has a private beach and two pools. It is also within walk distance to a lot of restaurants. There is on AC in the house, so it was so hot when it's 100F outside.

Fantastic Stay at Lakeland!!

We come to Lakeland Village every summer and this condo was wonderful. Lakeland itself is one of the best places to stay in Tahoe with its private beach, pool, hot tub, barbeques, fire pits, and snack bar (and more!). This condo was spacious with two large bedrooms on the bottom floor (where it stays nice and cool in the summer), one and a half baths one the bottom floor, then spacious living area and kitchen (fully stocked!) on the second floor with two dining room tables, a balcony, and comfortable living room with a large TV, and then a third floor loft with a bunk bed and another queen bed. Six beds in total so plenty of sleeping space. I was there with my mom and sister and our kids. It was absolutely perfect and Vacasa was so helpful when I couldn't get the TV working properly. We hope this condo is available for us again next year, we would love to stay again!
