We understand how important it is to have a comfortable environment, especially during the summer, and we will look into turning on the air conditioner prior to guest arrivals and adding more fans throughout the unit. We also apologize for the inconvenience caused by the carpet tacks and will have our maintenance team address this issue promptly to ensure it does not pose a risk to future guests. Regarding the kitchen supplies, we appreciate your feedback and will consider adding more dishes and storage containers to better accommodate our guests. We also recommend future renters bring seasonings, coffee filters, and other essentials, as these items are not typically left from previous renters. Thank you again for your valuable feedback.
