The Space:

After a day on the mountain, come home to relax in this beautiful townhome. You'll be close to the Cabriolet, and the free Canyons shuttle service is available during ski season.



Guests will enjoy expansive windows throughout the dining and living rooms, offering stunning natural views. The open-concept central living space, anchored by a natural stone-and-steel fireplace, is the perfect place to gather with friends and family. Prepare home-cooked meals in the updated kitchen, equipped with high-end Thermador appliances and gorgeous quartz countertops. Join together at the dining table while recapping the day's adventures. Wind down the evenings curled up by the fire with your favorite movies or shows. You can also relax in the private hot tub after hiking, biking, or skiing!



This home also has lots of space for privacy, as each floor offers different options for larger groups. The basement features a bedroom with an attached bath. A large window provides natural lighting for the space. The upstairs primary suite boasts yet another gas fireplace, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bath. A dedicated desk area in the landing is perfect for anyone looking to spend some time working from home.

Excellent Park City Canyons rental

We had an awesome stay at this Canyons property! The location was super convenient to the Canyons mountain base, a quick 5min or less walk. The space was great for a group, clean, nice, and well equipped. I would stay here again.

Great house, close to perfect

Overall, great rental. Clean, nice layout, well-stocked, furnished very nicely, good location. The fireplace in the living room was broken--which meant it was a little cold. And the lights in one of the bathrooms didn't work. I'd probably rent it again, but the fireplace would have been nice on a 15 degree evening.

5 Bedrooms on 3 Floors made for private group accommodations

Loved the setup of this for a group where it was ideal for each guest to have their own room. Very nice living spaces spread out on 3 floors. Good location. Well appointed kitchen but not stocked with spices or condiments so plan ahead if you are going to cook. A few maintenance issues (entry code did not work upon checkin, living room gas fireplace never worked, upstairs faucet broke and water was running so we had to play plumber and take out the cabinet drawer to turn water supply off, and vent above the stove kept falling off). It seems to solely be a rental and you can tell but overall we were happy and we would return :)

Great place and location

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this new property and would stay again. Drawbacks were that we could not use the hot tub or fireplace and the latch to the back door wasn’t working properly. We didn’t necessarily need access to the door but it seemed a little insecure that it wasn’t working correctly. We didnt have and problems during our stay. There were a few area throughout the townhome that were incomplete for a walk through such as a gap in the wall in the master closet and things like that, nothing significant to our stay but worth noting for reference.

Location is great for skiing Canyons. Can ski in but really only useful if you own your own skis because if you rent from Canyon Mtn rentals, there's free ski storage next to the gondola and only $10/day if you didn't. Cannot ski out in the morning though so you would have to carry your skis back to mtn. Must walk to gondola, orange bubble, or Sunrise. Otherwise, house is great. Very well stocked for what appears to be a rental only unit (no personal owner effects noted anywhere). Hot tub great but the houses are all alike in a row and surprised the developer didn't put decorative privacy screens or something between the neighbors hot tubs because they're all right next to each other in a row. Otherwise, furniture and beds comfortable. Would recommend.

Beautiful unit just lacking a few amenities

Sheets not clean, found trash in the unit, no coffee pot as said in amenities , lots of stairs not suitable for a family with small children. No place to hang coats in the mud room. Drains dirty and did not drain. Small things but when you pay that much for a place you expect it to be perfect.

This place is in a great location within walking distance (>5mins) to canyon slopes.

Great property. Great location. Great hot tub. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Kitchen has all the amenities required to makes some fantastic homemade meals after a long day on the slopes. I’d recommend downloading CVMA app which makes transportation pick up/drop off (condo to mountain and vice versa) super easy. My only feedback for the property is shampoo/conditioner, garbage bags, blow dryers were in short supply. Fitted sheets did not fit a few mattress and the Nespresso machine takes Veturo pods which was not specified in the property description. Lastly hooks to hang ski equipment need to be installed in the mud room space. Otherwise we had a fabulous stay and would definitely return.
