A Bullerbü vacation dream comes true!<br>Peace, tranquility, and plenty of nature: Our high-quality, luxurious Scandinavian-style vacation home is situated on a very large, mature property. The water lily pond, many idyllic hideaways, and the location right next to a forest: here, the hare and the hedgehog say “Good night” to each other every evening. <br><br>Location <br>Completed in late 2016, the house is situated on a 6,000-square-meter lot on the outskirts of the resort town of Langenhorn (just over 3,000 residents), in a secluded and isolated location. The property borders directly on a wooded area. Langenhorn offers various shopping options for your daily needs. Restaurants (Pizzeria Alla Stazione, Bai Üs am Kreisel) also look forward to your visit. The train station is about 4 km away; from there, you can easily reach the island of Sylt by train. The North Sea coast is only about 11 km away.<br><br>Amenities <br>The approximately 120-square-meter vacation home is furnished in a modern and exclusive Scandinavian style. The three bedrooms on the upper floor can accommodate up to 6 people. One bedroom is furnished with two single beds, while the others each have a double bed (180 x 200). Your beds will be lovingly made upon your arrival. One of the bedrooms also features a TV.<br><br>Upstairs, you’ll find a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a cozy reading nook. The small balcony offers a lovely retreat with a view of the beautiful garden. <br><br>The vacation home features a very well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, an oven, a ceramic cooktop with 4 burners, an exhaust hood, a filter coffee maker (filter size 4), a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and a raclette machine. The washing machine and dryer are located in the utility room.<br><br>In the living room, you can retreat to the comfortable sofa nook to enjoy an exciting book in front of the crackling fireplace. A flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray DVD player, Wi-Fi, and a stereo system provide entertainment. <br><br>On the first floor, there is another shower room with a spacious sauna. Shower towels and hand towels are provided upon your arrival. If you need more towels, you’re welcome to order them for an additional fee.<br>We’re also happy to provide bathrobes and sauna towels for a fee, if needed.<br><br>On the two terraces by the house, you can enjoy the sun on comfortable garden chairs and loungers.<br><br>Special features <br>Your dog is welcome in this non-smoking vacation home. The large, mature garden (approx. 6,000 square meters) offers plenty of space to run around and relax. Part of the property (approx. 500 square meters) is enclosed by a fence approximately 90 cm high. We offer our guests free Wi-Fi. Parking is available right next to the house. About 100 meters away, you can enjoy a natural swimming pond. <br><br>This vacation home is also ideal for horse owners: The surrounding area is a popular place for horseback riding, and about 3 km away, you have the option to board your horse.
